Thinly sliced shrimp marinated in green tea

serves 6 to 8

51/2 lb shrimp
1 teaspoon green tea
2 limes
1 orange
2 cups of olive oil
1/2 cup red chilli peppers
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Squeeze limes and orange and infuse the green tea in their juice.

Meanwhile, peel and de-vein the shrimp, cut into fine slices, drizzle with olive oil and season to taste.  Set aside.

When ready to serve, arrange the shrimp on a plate.  Sprinkle with the minced red chilli peppers and cover with the infusion of tea.
