Chocolate Strawberries
250g (9oz) strawberries
150g (5 1/2 oz) dark chocolate
100g (3 1/2 oz) white chocolate
Bruch the strawberries with a dry pastry brush to remove any dirt. Melt the dark chocolate in a small heatproof bowl over a saucepan of steaming water. Dip the bottom half of each strawberry in the chocolate. Put on a baking tray lined with baking paper and allow to set.
When set, melt the white chocolate in the same way as the dark. Dip the tips of the strawberries in the chocolate and allow to set on the baking tray.
